Instructions for Online Appointment Booking System
Must I book an appointment?
A visa appointment is necessary to ensure the best service possible. The German Embassy in Pretoria and the Consulate General in Cape Town may however, in exceptional cases (i. e. emergencies) and at their own descretion, accept your application. In this case you would have to contact the Embassy and the Consulate General directly. The on-line appointment system provides a better and faster service to travellers and has therefore resulted in a most positive feedback from many customers since its introduction.
